God Eater 2 v1.1 Balances

Firstly, the triple meteor bullet (I use the default blast gun).

Before update:

2013-12-18-114558

After update:

2013-12-18-120912

15036 / 27000 = ~0.56 previous damage
Damage/OP: 15036 / 503 = ~29.9

The single meteor bullet (faster and only 1 explosion).

Recipe:

2013-12-18-121541

Before update:

2013-12-18-115111

After update:

2013-12-18-121003

4028 / 6660 = ~0.6 previous damage
Damage/OP: 6660 / 164 = ~40.6

The Damage/OP calculations are just to show that using single meteor bullet is more efficient than triple meteor bullet.

The material costs to make cores have also been updated.

Frow lowest-grade core to highest-grade:

Old: 5, 25, 50, 85, 140
New: 5, 20, 40, 70, 100

Luckily I haven’t synthesized the highest-grade cores before ^^;

As you advance further in the game, and level up the guns by using them, you’ll get to unlock more bullets and modifier chips.

I forgot to mention, but the meteor bullet recipes require BB LV6, due to the two most important modifier chips only unlocked on that level. Before that, you might want to settle with incomplete version or preset bullets.

Just keep shooting Aragamis to level up.

You can, but it’ll decrease the power. One of the modifiers makes it such that the longer the meteor bullet doesn’t touch the ground, the more damage it will inflict.
